Sager P150HM 32bit operating system?

I just bought a used Sager P150HM and used the microsoft media creation tool to install windows 10. I'm sure that I chose the 64bit version, but upon installation the computer reports it as a 32bit operating system (the cpu is 64bit architecture. Windows 10 is not activated yet.

Also, the computer reports that 16GB of ram is installed but only 3.15GB is available. What is going on?
