sager np8258 gaming laptop issues with remving cpu and gpu screws....?

anybody else have a really hard time removing the screws for the cpu and gpu?

i have to replace the paste asap so its kinda annoying and i dont really want to go to a computer store.

so ye, if anybody else has this issue, please tell me how u fixed it....
