I am wondering if I could get some insight into how my issue may be resolved. I recently ordered a NP8173-S through Sagernotebook.com and the package finally arrived last Friday via UPS. I recorded myself taking out and inspecting the laptop only to discover the back left exhaust vent to be smashed in and dented. The plastic grille pieces are snapped and the metal on the chassis surrounding the vent is warped and bowed outwards...
New Sager NP8173-S arrived damaged out of the box. Can anyone attest to Sager's customer service?
