N650DU from Hyperbook (Clevo rebrand)?

Hello! I'm in the market for a gaming notebook that has a TB3 port to support eGPUs and just a good quad core CPU (no or low end internal GPU to boost battery life); I wanted something relatively light and inexpensive as I already have a GTX 1060 that I plan to use in an eGPU enclosure; scrubbed through Clevo's website to find notebooks and in the midst of all the bulky notebooks, I found this:
